## In one sentence
XTablo is the branded client portal for agencies: projects, tasks, schedule, chat and files in one space with the agency's logo, so the team works in one place and clients follow everything in an app with the agency's name on it.

## Who it is for
Small agencies and studios of 2 to 10 people that work with clients over several weeks or months (marketing, design, web, content, social media, consulting). The founder is Baptiste Belleville.

## The problem it solves
Agencies juggle many tools with their clients (Notion, WhatsApp, Slack, Google Drive, email). Information gets lost, clients keep asking for updates and links, and the experience looks less professional than the work itself.

## Two sides
1. Studio (internal, for the agency team): projects, steps, tasks (board view), schedule and events, internal and client chat, files with deliverables, quotes and invoices, project templates, member roles (admin, collaborator).
2. Client portal (for the agency's clients): the agency's logo, colors and cover, its own address (agencyname.xtablo.com), a guided onboarding flow before access (welcome message, form, video, files to upload), progress of each project, chat, files to approve or comment, an editorial calendar tab, all projects of a client behind one login, installable on the phone as an app (PWA) with notifications, and email notifications.

## Integrations
- Google Calendar sync for project events.
- API and MCP connector so an AI assistant such as Claude can read and create projects, steps and tasks.
