Delete your data

This page explains how to delete the data XTablo keeps, including data that comes from WhatsApp, Slack or Instagram.

You are an agency or a member of an XTablo workspace

1. Open the project and go to the Discussion tab.
2. Under the linked conversation (WhatsApp, Slack or Instagram), click Unlink: the copy of the messages kept in the project is erased.
3. To remove everything, open Settings and click Disconnect next to the tool: the access token and all linked conversations are erased.

To delete your XTablo account and all its data, email baptiste@xtablo.com.

You messaged an agency that uses XTablo

Email baptiste@xtablo.com with your name or username (Instagram, Slack or WhatsApp number) and the agency’s name. We delete your messages within 30 days and confirm by email.

You connected XTablo from Instagram or Facebook

You can also remove XTablo from Instagram: Settings > Apps and websites, pick XTablo, then Remove. Meta notifies us and we erase the related data. You receive a confirmation code to follow the request.

What we delete

Stored copies of messages and attachments, IDs and usernames of connected accounts, and access tokens.

What we may keep

Data the law requires us to keep (for example invoices), for the legal period.
