An AI project manager that chases your clients for you

Every morning it tells you which client is blocking, who on the team is behind, and drafts the follow-ups. You read, you click, it’s sent.

What is the XTablo AI agent?

The AI agent is a project manager built into your XTablo Studio. It reads your projects, milestones, tasks, meetings and messages, and knows who is waiting on what: the client who hasn’t approved, the missing file, the task with no owner.

It doesn’t replace your judgment: it prepares. Follow-ups, reassignments and recaps arrive as cards, and nothing reaches a client without your click, unless you choose to switch it to automatic.

What it does for you

The morning brief

At the top of your home: blocking clients, team members behind or overloaded, and three one-click actions.

Your questions, in plain English

“Who is overloaded this week?”, “Give me the Lumen project report.” It answers from your real data, in seconds.

Actions to approve

Chase a client, hand a task to the least busy teammate, move a due date, schedule a meeting, prepare a client recap.

Your client emails

Connected to your Gmail, it lists incoming emails and drafts a reply. It’s sent from your inbox, only when you click.

You stay in control

  • For each type of action, you choose: Off, I approve (default) or Automatic.
  • Every action is logged, with an Undo button.
  • A “Turn everything off” switch stops the agent for the whole agency, instantly.
  • Anything from outside (client message, task title, document) is treated as data, never as an instruction.
  • A follow-up containing a link, email or phone number you didn’t provide is blocked.
  • It only sees your agency, and only you see it: never your clients.

FAQ

Is the AI agent available to every agency?

Not yet: it’s in private beta. Request access and we turn it on for your agency during a 15-minute call.

Can the AI write to my clients without me?

No, by default every action waits for your click. You can switch some actions to automatic, with caps, and turn everything off at any time.

What data is sent to the AI?

Only what it needs to answer: titles, names, dates, statuses, relevant messages. Not your files. The model is Claude, by Anthropic.

How is it different from the MCP server?

The MCP server plugs your own assistant (Claude Code, Cursor) into XTablo. The AI agent is already inside your Studio: nothing to install.
