The short answer
In XTablo, you turn on the Reporting app in the client's project. It adds a tab made of blocks: key number, chart, list, text. Numbers arrive through the API, through Claude via the MCP connector, or from a CSV file. You flip the “Visible to the client” switch and they see it in their space, with your branding. XTablo is not a multi-source reporting tool: its advantage is that the report lives where the client already follows their project.

Why it matters
Your client sees their numbers next to their steps, tasks, discussion and files. No more PDF sent by email.
The report shows up in the client's space with your agency's logo and colors, on desktop or in the app installed on their phone.
Connect the API, Claude or a CSV. The report updates on its own.
How it works
Who it’s for
You import a CSV of the month's numbers. Your client sees them as key numbers and a chart in their space.
You send your numbers through the API. The report updates on its own and shows “Updated on”.
You ask Claude, through the MCP connector, to push the campaign's numbers. Your client checks them whenever they want.
Reporting is an app you turn on in each project. It adds a “Reporting” tab, and you can rename it. The tab is made of blocks: a key number with its “vs previous period” comparison, a chart, a list or a text. You can move each block up or down, or delete it. You do not type the numbers by hand every month: they arrive through XTablo's API, through Claude via the MCP connector, or from a CSV file. Once connected, the report updates on its own and shows the “Updated on” date.
XTablo is not a multi-source reporting tool: it does not connect to your measurement tools by itself. Its advantage is elsewhere. The report lives where your client already follows their project, in a single space with your branding. There is no PDF to dig out of their inbox. You decide what they see with the “Visible to the client in their space” switch. Each client only sees the numbers of their own projects: a client on another project never sees these numbers. And you get it at the price of the client portal.
