XTablo Terms of Service

This is a convenience translation. The French version (Conditions générales de vente et d’utilisation) is the only legally binding version and prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Who we are

XTablo is published by the French sole proprietorship “Baptiste Belleville (XTablo)”, operated by Baptiste Jules Enzo Belleville (SIREN 939 327 664, SIRET 939 327 664 00016, APE code 62.01Z), 71 chemin de Bessonnet, Vieugy, 74600 Annecy, France. 2. Scope

These Terms govern the subscription to and use of XTablo, an online client portal for agencies (projects, milestones, tasks, discussion, events, files, branded portal, installable app). The service is for business customers only. By creating an account, you confirm you act for your business and accept these Terms. Your own clients (“Guests”) access your portal by invitation.

3. Account

You are responsible for your users’ credentials, for all activity on your account, and for the access you grant to users and Guests.

4. Demo workspace

Without signing up, you can generate a demo workspace manually or from your website address (public content of the site is read and a sample project is generated by AI). Generated content is indicative only. Demo workspaces not converted into an account are deleted after 7 days.

5. Free trial

7-day free trial. A valid card is required. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, the paid subscription starts automatically and the first payment is charged on that date.

6. Plans and prices

Freelance: €49 per month, 1 user, 10 clients. More than 10 clients: Agency plan. Agency: €79 per month, 3 users, 30 clients, more than 3 users: Business (7 users) or Enterprise. Enterprise: custom quote. Prices in euros, excl. taxes; at checkout, Stripe may show and charge the equivalent in your local currency at its exchange rate, conversion fees included (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code).
Founder offer: annual subscription at €500 per year, price locked for life while renewed, limited to 10 seats (see section 9).

Price increases apply from the next billing period, with at least 30 days’ notice; you may cancel before they take effect.

7. Payment

Payment by card via Stripe, monthly in advance. If a payment fails and is not settled within [15] days, access may be suspended after email notice. Late payments bear statutory penalties (three times the French legal interest rate) and a fixed EUR 40 recovery fee (Article L. 441-10 of the French Commercial Code).

8. Term and cancellation

Monthly subscription, automatically renewed. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no refund for the started period. We may terminate with 30 days’ notice, or earlier for serious breach. You can export your data before termination; it is deleted [30] days after termination.

9. Founder offer

Annual subscription with the Agency plan content (5 users, 30 clients) at €500 per year. The price is locked for life as long as you renew without interruption (“lifetime” means for as long as XTablo or a successor operates the service); cancelling ends the locked price. Renews every year; cancel anytime in the app or by e-mail, effective at the end of the paid year. Limited to 10 subscriptions. Customers who bought a one-time “lifetime” or an earlier Founder offer before October 5, 2026 keep their original terms. If the service is permanently discontinued, we give at least 3 months’ notice and allow data export. Non-transferable.

10. Your obligations

Use the service lawfully; upload no illegal or infringing content; do not disrupt, copy, reverse engineer or resell the service; hold the rights to your content and inform your own clients.

For personal data in your content (users, Guests, your clients), you are the controller and XTablo is the processor. XTablo processes data only on your documented instructions, ensures confidentiality and appropriate security, uses sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy (with prior notice of changes and a right to object), safeguards transfers outside the EU, assists you with data subject requests, notifies personal data breaches within 48 hours, deletes data at the end of the contract and allows reasonable audits.

12. Intellectual property

XTablo owns the service. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during the contract. You keep ownership of your content.

13. Availability and support

We aim for 24/7 availability without guarantee; maintenance and third-party incidents may interrupt service. Support by email at baptiste@xtablo.com. No SLA unless agreed in writing.

14. Liability

Best-efforts obligation. No liability for indirect damages. Except for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or bodily injury, our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the event (Founder offer: the price paid). Claims must be brought within one year.

15. Suspension

We may suspend access for non-payment, unlawful use, serious breach, security risk or upon request of an authority.

16. Changes

We will notify changes to these Terms at least 30 days in advance; you may cancel before they apply.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

French law applies. The French version prevails. After an attempt at amicable settlement (30 days), any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of XTablo’s registered office (Annecy, France).
