The new homepage looks great. Can we make the banner bigger?
Sure, testing a bigger headline and a darker background.
The short answer
To show a Miro board, an Airtable base or a Typeform to a client, paste its link into the Embedded tools app of an XTablo project: the preview shows up in the client portal, with no tool-switching. They comment and approve in XTablo. XTablo is compatible with these tools through the share link, with no sync and no editing from XTablo.

What are Miro, Airtable or Typeform good for with XTablo?
These three tools have one thing in common: you think, organize and collect in them, but they’re hard to share. A Miro sent as a link, an Airtable base shown in a screenshot, a Typeform lost in an email: the client no longer knows where to look.
XTablo puts them in the client’s project. You keep the tool of your choice for working, and the client portal is for showing, discussing and getting approval.
How do you show a Miro board, an Airtable base or a Typeform, step by step?
The move is the same for all three tools.
- In the tool, set the sharing of the board, base or form so the link is viewable.
- Copy the share link.
- In XTablo, open the client’s project.
- Open the Embedded tools app and paste the link.
- The preview appears in the project and loads on click.
- Let your client know: they’ll find it in their portal.
What is each tool used for in a client project?
Each tool has a natural use. A few examples:
- Miro: workshops, mind maps, site maps, customer journeys to review together.
- Airtable: content databases, production trackers, deliverable lists to browse.
- Typeform: discovery or scoping questionnaires for the client to fill in.
How do you get the work approved by a client?
Approval happens in XTablo, not in the third-party tool: your client looks at the preview, comments, then approves in one click (deliverable approval). For scoping a new client, XTablo also has its own onboarding forms.
What does your client see, and who is it for?
A workspace under your logo, opened from a link with no account to create (the client portal), with the previews you chose to display, project by project.
It’s useful for web design agencies (site maps, journeys), content agencies (editorial bases) and coaches (assessment questionnaires).
What are the limits?
Everything relies on the link, so a few things to watch.
- Preview only: no sync, nothing is edited from XTablo.
- Loads on click: the preview appears when someone opens it.
- Permissions stay in the tool: a link that isn’t viewable won’t display.
- Typeform responses stay in Typeform: XTablo doesn’t copy them.
How to get started
- 1Set sharing in Miro, Airtable or Typeform.
- 2Copy the link.
- 3Open the client’s project in XTablo.
- 4Open the Embedded tools app and paste the link.
- 5Check the preview.
- 6Your client comments and approves in their portal.

No, the preview is read-only. Edits happen in the original tool.
