Always at hand
XTablo gets its own window and Dock icon: no more hunting through twenty tabs.
Mac & Windows app
Your Studio and client portals in a real app, one click away in the Dock. Free with your account.
Free with your account · macOS 11 or later · Windows coming soon
The short answer
Yes. XTablo has a desktop app for Mac, free with your account, available at xtablo.com/us/download. It opens your Studio and client portals in their own window, with an icon in the Dock, and shows your account live. It is signed and verified by Apple and runs on Apple silicon and Intel (macOS 11 or later). The Windows version is coming soon; meanwhile, XTablo runs in your browser.

Why it matters
XTablo gets its own window and Dock icon: no more hunting through twenty tabs.
What you do in the app shows up on the web and on your phone, with nothing to sync.
The app loads the latest XTablo: new features arrive without reinstalling.
How it works
Who it’s for
Keeps XTablo open next to their design tools. One click on the Dock icon brings back today’s tasks and client feedback.
Starts the day with the morning briefing in the app, without hunting for the right tab or signing in again.
Posts to approve and the content calendar live in a dedicated window, separate from browsing social networks.
In a browser, your work tool gets lost among tabs, searches and social feeds. The desktop app gives XTablo its own window and Dock icon: open it in one click, find it with ⌘+Tab, and links to other sites open in your usual browser. The content is the same as on the web: Studio, projects, tasks, schedule, files, discussion and client portals.
No. The desktop app is mainly for your team. Clients open their branded portal in their browser, or install it on their phone with your agency’s icon and name. They have nothing to download.
The Windows version is ready and waiting for its Microsoft signature, which removes the “unknown publisher” warning at install. It will be offered on the same download page as soon as it is signed. Meanwhile, XTablo runs in every Windows browser.

| External links | Open in the same browser. | Open in your browser, XTablo stays put. |
| Data | Your account, live. | The same account, live, nothing to sync. |
